In addition to original music, Flo performs jazz in a variety of set ups - duo, trio, and full band. While at Wesleyan University, Flo studied Jazz Vocal Improvisation under Anthony Braxton as well as Jazz Voice with Giacomo Gates. Along with Seth Kibel, Flo is currently nominated for Best Jazz Song and Best Jazz Artist/Group in the 2020 Washington Area Music Awards. Voting is open to all residents of DC, MD, and VA and closes on Jan. 31, 2020. In 2017, she was selected as one of three featured artists for the DC Arts Commission Labor Day Music Festival at the Lincoln Theatre where she performed a set comprised completely of jazz standards. She has performed jazz at AMP powered by Strathmore, the National Cherry Blossom Festival, Atlas Performing Arts Center, as well as many private and corporate events.  She performs often with the Seth Kibel Quintet at Swing Nights at Glen Echo, Towson Dance Studio, CCBC, and the Hilton at Dulles. 

She has been featured on renowned jazz musician Seth Kibel's new album, Songs of Snark and Despair, available on Amazon and CDBaby. The pair have also released an EP entitled "Tiny Hands". She frequently performs with Seth, Sean Lane, Russell Rodgers, Wes Crawford, Bob Abbot, Joey Antico, Nick Ruggieri, and Harry Appelman.
