Come on over to Takoma Park for a great cause! I'm excited to be playing the Small Things Matter benefit concert right down the block at the TPSS Co-op. Show runs 12-5 and I'll be performing with Seth Kibel at 1:30. More details from Roxanne Yamashita of Small Things Matter below!

Friends please mark your calendars for our benefit concert next week. 100% of the funds raised will go towards supporting families in need. Admission is Pay What You Will. Join us for amazing music generously donated by Marsha and the Positrons 12-1pm, Flo Anito Music & Seth Kibel Music 1:30-2:30, and Groovalicious 3-5pm, food by Dalia's Falafel, Corned Beef King , burgers/hotdogs, wine by the TPSS Co-op, beer by Main Street Pearl, lemonade, shave ice and fun kids crafts. Additional highlights include: - 1pm: Drum Circle led by Sharon Gervasoni - 3pm: Bag It! a food packing competition with Mayor Kate Stewart, Ward 6 Councilperson Talisha Searcy, Ward 1 Councilperson Peter Kovar, and Delegates @Lorig Charkoudian and David Moon - Progressive Democrat. - Hawaiian shave ice! Be there for the debut of the Jamin' Jamie, a patriotic blend of red strawberry and blue raspberry syrups, garnished with an American flag.
